End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before using Calorie Bank Credit.

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and INFINITY PARTNERSHIP CORPORATION LTD for use of the Calorie Bank Credit mobile application and related services.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

2. Subscription and Billing

Some app features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed by Apple and may auto-renew unless canceled in your Apple account settings.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where allowed by law.
Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Bypass or interfere with security, subscription, or quota mechanisms.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The app is a general wellness tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Calorie, macro, and AI-generated recommendations are estimates and may be inaccurate.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the app, excluding your personal content, remain with INFINITY PARTNERSHIP CORPORATION LTD and its licensors.

6. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this EULA.

7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
