Billing and renewal help

  • Auto-renewable subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS: Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions.
  • If you changed devices or accounts, use Restore Purchases in the app settings.
  • If billing looks incorrect, contact Apple billing support directly.

Common support questions

I purchased a subscription but features are still locked.

Open app settings and tap Restore Purchases. If access is still locked, email support with your receipt date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage your subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions list.

Barcode or photo scan is not working.

Check camera permission, update the app to the latest version, and restart the app. Contact us if the issue continues.

How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in screen and follow the reset link sent to your email.

How do I change my calorie goal?

Open profile settings in the app and update your target values. The app recalculates your daily credit automatically.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Profile view and use the Delete account option. Full instructions are available at /user-data-deletion.html. If you cannot access it, email website@ipcl.tech from your registered account email.

My data is not syncing across devices.

Make sure you are signed in with the same account on each device, then close and reopen the app while connected to the internet.

Can I use the app offline?

Some local features may work temporarily offline, but sync, subscriptions, and AI-powered tools require an internet connection.

How do I update my payment method?

Payment methods for iOS subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings, not inside the app.

The app crashes or freezes. What should I do?

Update to the latest app version, restart your device, and try again. If the issue continues, send support your device model and iOS version.

How do I contact support for a refund?

For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support and include your purchase details.
