Calorie Bank Credit is an informational wellness tool and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.

Nutrition estimates, calorie targets, recipes, and AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Consult your physician before major diet or exercise changes.

3. AI and Data Accuracy

The Service may use AI and third-party data to analyze meals and generate recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• Results are estimates and may contain errors or omissions.
• You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
• Outputs and features may change over time.

4. User Content and License

You may submit photos, notes, meal entries, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and display User Content only to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate bulk extraction of Service data.
• Impersonate others or provide false account information.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Some features may require a paid plan. Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by that platform's billing and renewal terms.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

7. Privacy and Security

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and devices.

Some sync features may use client-managed encryption. If encryption keys or recovery credentials are lost, encrypted data may become unrecoverable.
